These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NibblePress website (nibblepress.com) and the purchase and use of NibblePress products. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • “Product” refers to the NibblePress plugin, add-ons, and any related digital goods.
  • “License” refers to the right to use a Product under the terms specified at the time of purchase.
  • “License Key” refers to the unique code provided upon purchase for product activation.
  • “Support” refers to technical assistance provided through our ticket system.

2. Account Registration

To purchase products or access support, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Products and Licensing

3.1 License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product on the number of sites specified by your plan. This license is valid for the lifetime of the product version purchased.

3.2 License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the Product
  • Share your license key with third parties
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the Product for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product beyond what applicable law permits

3.3 License Keys

Each license key is tied to your account. Sharing license keys may result in license deactivation. Lost license keys can be recovered from your account dashboard.

3.4 Updates

Product updates are provided for the duration specified by your plan. After the update period expires, your product continues to function but will not receive new updates until renewed.

4. Support

Support is provided through our ticket system for the duration specified by your plan (6 or 12 months depending on the plan). Support covers:

  • Bug reports and troubleshooting
  • Installation and configuration assistance
  • General usage questions

Support does not cover customization, third-party plugin conflicts, or issues caused by modifications to the Product.

5. Payments and Pricing

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are one-time payments unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment provider’s terms of service.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Product within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. To request a refund:

  • Submit a support ticket explaining the reason for the refund
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated

Refunds are not available after 30 days from the purchase date.

7. Intellectual Property

All Products, including source code, documentation, graphics, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of NibblePress. Your license does not transfer any ownership rights. You retain ownership of any content you create using our Products.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Products will be error-free or uninterrupted. We make reasonable efforts to ensure compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce but cannot guarantee compatibility with all themes, plugins, or hosting environments.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NibblePress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

10. Feature Requests

You may submit feature requests through our platform. Submission of a feature request grants us the right to implement the idea without obligation or compensation. We are not obligated to implement any requested features.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license keys will be deactivated. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund beyond the 30-day refund period.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
